WinkSell (hereafter referred to as ‘System’ or ‘Software’ or ‘Service’) is owned and operated by Logico Global (hereinafter referred to as ‘We’ or’ Us’ or ‘Ours’ or ‘Team’ or ‘WinkSell Team’).
Users (hereinafter referred to as ‘You’ or ‘Yours’ or ‘customers’ or ‘License Holders’ or ‘clients’) using the application software served at;

[ General Provisions ]
- Winskell is designed and developed to be offered a Software as a Service ( SAAS) and therefore all proprietary rights indisputably remain with us.
- We only offer this system online and there is no offline version .
- Winksell has no other sales, distribution, training , or support agent than us.
- There are no advances to be paid at all. The only consideration for provision of service is the post-paid fee
- As there are no advance payments or prepayments, there exists no refunds at all
- As there exists, in this system, the option to download each of the reports , the responsibility of backing up the data remains with the user himself.
[ Service Availability ]
- We are committed to keep the service up and running. In case any issue gets reported we instantly respond and fix it.
- In case any anomaly is reported we instantly respond and fix it.
- We look forward to a happy and mutually beneficial long term relationship with all our customers for the years to come yet if due to any reason the company deliberately decides to cancel the provision of the service we commit to communicate /declare this at least 6 months in advance.
[ Services Fee ]
- Fee for provisioning is charged on a monthly basis and is charged on per branch basis
- If the company decides any changes in the monthly fee, the changes will be communicated at least 2 months in advance to all the existing customers via email on the Primary Email IDs of the Licence-holder.
- FREE TRIAL: First 30 days from the day you signup
- Billing Invoice:
- I. After the Free Trial expires, Invoice is generated on the 1st day of the next month.
- II. The invoice is calculated on post-paid-basis
- III. Invoice is to be paid no later than the 10th of the invoicing month
- IV. Invoice is to be paid via the system checkout only
- Termination of Service: Failing to pay the monthly fee can cause service suspension.
- Restoration of Service: The suspended service due to non-payment gets automatically restored if you pay the due invoice(s) anytime in the next 2 month
- Cancellation of Account: If 3 consecutive payments fail your account can get canceled irreversibly.
[ System Capacity ]
- One license holder can create as many branches as needed for any business under one license.
- Each branch can have as many terminals as needed.
[ System Scalability ]
- We continuously work to keep the system competitive by adding value to it on the basis of evaluation of the feedback from our estimable clients and the trends in the technology.
- And in case any Licence Holder wants extended customization in the system other than the routine support and maintenance, he/she can contact our support team for the Terms.
